Jason Spoeth
CEO, CO-FOUNDER
Jason co-founded TruePark in 2025, building on nearly 30 years of experience in the parking industry, including time spent working for some of the largest parking companies in the country. At TruePark, Jason is responsible for the Company’s business development and operational responsibilities. Jason graduated with a Bachelors in Hospitality from the University of Florida and is a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) from the International Parking and Mobility Institute (IPMI).

Ryan Spoeth
CFO, CO-FOUNDER
With 20 years of experience in finance, strategy, and operations, Ryan co-founded TruePark in 2025 after a career in financial services. At TruePark, Ryan is responsible for the Company’s financial and administrative responsibilities. Ryan graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Rollins College.
